Jufitri Joha, founding Chairman of Malaysian National Federation of Youth Workers (FKPB), is the Vice President of Malaysian Youth Council (MBM) and Vice President of Muslim Youth Movement of Malaysia (ABIM).
He obtained LLB from International Islamic University of Malaysia (IIUM) and Master of Arts in Community and Youth Work from Durham University, United Kingdom under the Chevening Scholarship.
He is currently pursuing his PhD in Youth Studies at Institute for Social Science Studies (IPSAS) at the University Putra Malaysia (UPM).
Being a full time youth activist, he is actively involved in advocating various international issues related to Islamic world and consulting several youth development programmes and policies.
He has been exposed to several international programmes including Muslim Leadership Training Programme in 2011 and United State of America International Visitor Leadership Programme in 2012.
Jufitri is also the Chairman of Malaysia Life Line for Syria (MLL4S), a coalition of several ngos focussing on delivering humanitarian aids to Syrian refugees and internally displaced people.
He received the highest recognition from Malaysian Government as the National Youth Award Receiver (Individual Male Category) in May 2015 during the National Youth Day celebration and Asean Youth Day Award in Brunei Darussalam in September 2015. Recently he was appointed as the TN 50 Youth Ambassador. TN 50 is an initiative of the Malaysian Government for a better future in 2050.
